Lecture Event at Podar Medical College and Hospital It was an honor to deliver a lecture titled “Tuberculosis: Challenges, Co-morbidities, and Comprehensive Care” today, December 13, 2024, at Podar Hospital and Medical College. Addressing a diverse audience of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as esteemed faculty members, was both inspiring and gratifying. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Head of the Department of Medicine, Dr. Bharat Kadlaskar, for the warm felicitation and kind introduction. I also sincerely thank Dr. Minakshi Revedkar, faculty member and event coordinator, for her exceptional efforts in organizing this event seamlessly. Her dedication to fostering academic learning and facilitating meaningful discussions was truly commendable. During the lecture, I aimed to shed light on the multifaceted aspects of tuberculosis—its clinical complexities, associated co-morbidities, and the critical need for a holistic approach in diagnosis, management, and care. The vibrant interaction and insightful questions from the students and faculty highlighted the passion for learning and the commitment to advancing healthcare. Such academic platforms are crucial for bridging the gap between medical theory and practical implementation. I am deeply grateful to Podar Medical College and Hospital for this opportunity and look forward to more such engagements in the future. Together, let us continue to strive for excellence in education, research, and patient care, making a meaningful impact in combating tuberculosis and other health challenges.
